Hate speech and rude DMs on instagram will not be tolerated and JOJOKDESIGNS has the right refuse an order if messages continue to come in as rude and disrespectful.

2. Products and Custom Orders

JOJOKDESIGNS specializes in custom apparel and designs. Because many items are made-to-order, I understand that:

All custom sales are final
Small variations in color, placement, or stitching may happen due to the custom process

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD and may change at any time. Payment must be completed before any order is started. I understand that JOJOKDESIGNS has the right to cancel or refuse any order if needed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

I understand that:

Processing times may vary depending on order size and customization
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
JOJOKDESIGNS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers

Once an order is shipped, I take responsibility for tracking and receiving it.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of products:

No returns or refunds are accepted unless the item is damaged or was shipped to the wrong person.
If there is an issue, I must contact JOJOKDESIGNS within 1-2 days of receiving the item
Proof (such as photos) may be required

All designs, logos, and content on this site are owned by JOJOKDESIGNS. I agree not to copy, resell, or use any designs without permission.

If I submit a custom design, I confirm that I have the rights to use it and that it does not violate any trademarks or copyrights.

7. Limitation of Liability

JOJOKDESIGNS is not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages that may result from using products purchased from this site, as well as an issues that come from not washing the items appropriately.
